The 11th course of Makewise's Operational Excellence Leadership Training Camp - ‘Lean Equipment Management (TPM) - Factory Practice’ was held at Jianglang Technology Co. The course invited Mr Liu, a Lean TPM practical trainer, to combine theory with practice around Lean Equipment Management TPM, so that the students could have a deeper understanding of Lean Equipment Management TPM.
As a TPM practice site, Jianglang Technology provided sample equipment, and the students of the operation class of MakeWell.com carried out on-site equipment deep cleaning and TPM activity Kanban practice in groups.
After the theoretical course, the production staff of Jiangwang Technology cooperated with Mr Liu to carry out equipment safety introduction and deep activity mobilisation for the students. Under the arrangement of Mr Liu, the students were divided into five groups to carry out TPM, each group was led by technicians to carry out ‘dismantle machine, wash machine, install machine’ on the equipment points.
After the TPM theory course and deep cleaning practice, each group carried out TPM activity Kanban practice on the area they carried out, established their own activity Kanban boards, and the students reported the results of their group's practice Kanban boards as a unit.
In the end, Mr Liu hoped that this kind of reporting mode could be applied to the workshop of the enterprise. You can plan a special area within the enterprise to carry out TPM Kanban reporting in the form of PK. Only when TPM is carried out to the end, can we really carry out equipment management.
