On the morning of July 23, Jiangwave Technology held the ERP case closing commendation conference in Jinshan Headquarters. The smooth operation of ERP system marked the comprehensive and steady development of Jiangwave Technology in informatization and guided by digital construction, and the company made a solid step in the data management from zero to one, from nothing to something.
The ERP project has been running for 14 months and 420 days since its launch. Led by a professional teacher, there are 6 project team members, 2 assistants, one assistant for the whole process, more than half of the operators, and the big inventory, almost all the staff participated in the project.
Team members take the project as their responsibility, investigate various departments, communicate, understand the business process, deal with questions, timely and accurately adjust the system, and guide and promote the project to develop in the established direction. In the whole process, they often encounter practical application problems, but they can be effectively and timely handled, and finally ensure the smooth launch and application of the project.
1. Enterprise process management and information sharing platform. The process specifications (SOP) of the supply and marketing chain, production, finance and other links have been formulated. Data integration and sharing have been realized among all departments of the production and supply and marketing chain, as well as information sharing of inventory, orders, procurement, outsourcing and sales.
